Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of your order before shipping, but if your order has been shipped, this is not possible.

I entered the wrong shipping and delivery address, what should I do?

Don't worry, our dear customer. All you have to do is send us the correct address via email or WhatsApp messages to correct the address and avoid delaying your order.

I received a damaged or broken product. What is the solution?

We always make sure in our store to deliver our products with the best quality and best condition to our customers, through good packaging and taking the necessary precautions to avoid damage to the products during the shipping journey to the customer, but this may happen in a very small percentage not exceeding 1% of orders, all you have to do is contact us and send the order number and a picture of the damaged product and the order value will be refunded to you immediately or the order will be sent again according to your desire.


We would like to draw your attention that our store is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may be incurred when shipping products to your country. These fees vary from country to country and are the entire responsibility of the customer.
